We will be questioned about strength and weakness during interview.
So I have this kind answer for all my interviews. Or you might say the answer sheet for me.
What is your weakness?
First Weakness
I have a tendency to work until I reach burnout. I noticed in my career I would work very hard on projects, staying up all nights, going home late at night and continued to work at home to finish on the deadlines. This caused me sick and have to miss work. I am now learning how to impose healthy limits on myself and to stick with schedule so that I dont risk burning out.
Second Weakness
I have always been nervous when speaking to large group of people. I dont enjoy it at all. English is not my mother tongue. I always speak Malay language at home. And also it has not been part of my past jobs. It has not been a problem but I have assumed it might be good in future. So I have been trying to speak more in our team meetings and I volunteered for the office social committee. I became MC for HSE weeks and presented few presentation of projects.
Dua sahaja kita senaraikan, jangan banyak sangat. Takut tak ter-elaborate. Mudah. Hehe. Jangan lupa terangkan dengan ayat yang mudah. Moga bermanfaat.
