During interview, interviewer always ask about what is your strength ? So how to answer this. Looks like you cant really talk big-big over reaction, because they might be thought that you are showing off. Thus, the safest way,
First Strength
I work well in teams. Last time my division was people with different background and experience. I did regular bonding sessions to mingle around to help break the ice. I also took some tasks that other people didnt want to. E.g volunteer and english class. During discussion or meeting, I always tried to speak up to give suggestions and comments. It might be wrong but I didnt afraid to tell them what I thought. This was to show that I supported my colleague well. Better to response than just sat down and looked at the wall as if nothing happened. When I left, a number of staff thanked me for the diplomacy and harmony I fostered in our work environment.
Second Strength
I think one of my greatest strength is creativity. I have tendency to recognize ideas to solve problem. For example, when superior sent us training to learn new software design, I learn myself from time to time, during recess, try and error, even downloaded the software and installed in my laptop so that I can learn more. Finally I understood and taught others. I like to try something new, to look the differences before and after even though that is not in the job scope.
